Head over to Dusty’s Dry Goods, our gift shop located at the Wilderness Trail, to purchase your ‘mining rough’ – a sack of sand with hidden gems (Cost $10/bag).
(Cost of ‘mining rough’ is not included with General Admission and must be purchased separately).
How to Play
- Visit Dusty’s Dry Goods to purchase a sack of ‘mining rough’
- Enter the Wilderness Trail and cross over the suspension foot bridge and pathways to the panning site below
- Find a filter box at the site and put the contents of your mining rough packet into it
- Dip the filter box into the stream of the sluice trough shaking and stirring for hidden treasure!
- Finders Keepers! Collect all the precious gems you can and take them home with you!
