Q. Can pregnant women use the slides?
A. No, due to manufacturers’ and safety guidelines, pregnant women must not use the slides.
Q. Do you have an observer’s rate or non-sliding fee?
A. No, we do not sell these kinds of tickets. All entrants to the park must pay the posted admission fees. (If you are dropping people off it is important to prearrange your pick-up time and meeting place outside of the park.)
Q. Do you have family passes?
A. No, we do not sell a multi-person pass. All entrants into the park must have their own individual ticket (except for child 2 and under, FREE with a paid adult).
Q. Do you have season passes?
A. No, we do not sell season or multi-day passes. All Waterpark tickets are single visit tickets.

Q. Do you have birthday party packages?
A. No, we do not have birthday party packages. However, groups of 20 people or more and wishing to celebrate a birthday at the Waterpark may be eligible for group rates providing your group can meet our requirements. Groups of fewer than 20 people do not require a booking and pay the regular posted Admission prices. For all groups, including birthday parties, there are more than 100 shelter and shade areas with picnic tables that are available for FREE on a first-come, first-served basis. (May not be rented or reserved).
Q. Do you have a half day or “one- hour” rate?
A. No, we do not have such rates. However, we have a twilight rate which is a reduced rate during the last four hours of the day. For more information click here to see the prices
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash (Canadian and American), Visa, Mastercard, and Interac Debit Cards.
Q. Can I leave and re-enter the park?
A. Yes, we have a hand stamp re-entry policy and as long as you obtain a hand stamp upon exiting the park you will be allowed re-entry on the same day when you return.
Q. Can we drop off our kids by themselves?
A. If your children are responsible they can be dropped off and left at the park providing they are 8 years old or older and able to take care of themselves. (If you are dropping people off it is important to prearrange your pick-up time and meeting place outside of the park.)
Q. Do you have lockers? How much do they cost?
A. Yes, we have lockers available for rent for $5 and an additional $5 deposit is required and will be returned when the key is returned.
Q. Are we allowed to bring in a small tent or umbrella for shade?
A. Yes, personal tents and shade are permitted provided they are weighted or otherwise secured so as to not become a safety risk in windy weather. Please note that tents and things may not be fastened to the ground by spikes and pegs as it may damage in-ground sprinkler systems.
Q. Do you have to rent the tubes?
A. No, tubes are provided to our customers free of charge at the rides where tubes are required.
Q. Are your pools supervised?
A. All of our pools and slides are supervised by trained water safety personnel, however parents should not leave their children unattended.
Q. Is your water heated?
A. Yes, all of our pool and slide water is heated to approximately 80°F and our hot tubs are approximately 104°F.
Q. Can we bring in our own food?
A. Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own food , but please remember alcohol, glass containers, sharp objects, and open drink containers (they must be commerically sealed and labelled when entering) are not allowed into the park. Also BBQs, other personal cooking devices, and outside restaurant food (for example, pizzas, sub-sandwiches, burgers, fried chicken, etc.,) are not allowed in the park.
