Q. Do you have an observer’s rate?
A. No, we do not have an observer’s rate. All entrants into the park must pay the regular admission rates. However, we do offer an observation deck located on the outside of the park, free of charge, for those who do not want to pay to enter the park
Q. Do you have a group rate?
A. Yes, we have a group rates as well as special pricing for schools, providing your group can meet our requirements.
Q. Do you have a half day rate?
A. No, we do not have a half day rate. However, we have a twilight rate for the last four hours of the day. For more information click here to go to our Rates and Dates page.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash (Canadian and American), Visa, Mastercard, Interac, travellers cheques, and corporate cheques.
Q. Do you accept competitors’ coupons?
A. No, we do not accept competitors’ coupons; however we have our own 2 for 1 coupon available for weekends in May and June which can be found in local newspapers.
Q. Can I leave and re-enter the park?
A. Yes, we have a hand stamp re-entry policy and as long as you obtain a hand stamp upon exiting the park you will be allowed re-entry when you return.
Q. Can we drop off our kids by themselves?
A. If your children are responsible they can be dropped off and left at the park providing they are 8 years old or older and able to take care of themselves.
Q. Do you have to pay for parking?
A. No, parking is provided as a complimentary service to our guests.
Q. Do you have lockers? How much do they cost?
A. Yes, we have lockers available for rent for $5 and an additional $5 deposit is required and will be returned when the key is returned.
Q. Do you have to rent the tubes?
A. No, tubes are provided to our customers free of charge at the rides were tubes are required.
Q. Are your pools supervised?
A. All of our pools and slides are supervised by trained water safety personnel, however parents should not leave their children unattended.
Q. Is your water heated?
A. Yes, all of our pool and slide water is heated to approximately 80° F and our hot tubs are approximately 104° F.
Q. Can we bring in our own food?
A. Yes, you are welcome to bring in any food you would like, but remember alcohol, glash containers, sharp objects, and open drink containers (they must be sealed) are prohibited on the park premises.
Q. Do you have camping nearby?
A. Yes, there is camping nearby. The 2 closest campgrounds are Sunnyside campground (604-858-5253) and the Cultus Lake Provincial Campgrounds (604-858-4905).
